Chioma Phillips is the Editor of Msingi Afrika Magazine and…
Nothing is as exciting and daring as a new beginning. Irrespective of what is begun and in which sector of life. New beginnings always either leave one confused and frustrated or excited and emboldened. It’s exciting for me today to formally, like God did in the beginning to say, Let there be light…as concerning this Magazine. It’s been a long time coming and we at The Knowledge Consultancy are really excited and grateful to God for this maiden edition of Msingi Afrika Magazine.
Our vision and mission are captured in these lines of thoughts:
To give voice to Africa’s God-given values and purposes. These form the bedrock of our existence as a people and create a platform for the healing, restoration and rebirth of Africa, through God and brotherhood.
At Msingi Afrika Magazine, we sincerely believe that it’s time for Africa to begin telling her own story and from a true perspective, which is that of God. Many things are said about Africa and Africans which almost all the time don’t capture the mind of God concerning this continent and her good people. The time is too far spent to keep wallowing in the mud of what was done to Africa by those that divided her. Africa as the sound of God in this age must now arise and take her true place for the spiritual emancipation of the world. Welcome to this amazing world of Africa’s beauty and adventure.
We deeply appreciate all those who joined us on this maiden voyage: Yemi Abrahams, David and Sharon Jones, Joy Morai, Rebekah Dawn, Nicholas Munyororo, Kyesubire Greigg, Walter Owaga, Gracelyn Royale, Mike Runo and all our maiden advertisers, and you, our first readers. We are especially grateful for the support of Royal Dry Cleaners who have been a source of unique strength to us. May God bless you all.

Chioma Phillips is the Editor of Msingi Afrika Magazine and the host of Msingi Afrika Television. Her hope is to see the Truth shared, with all who will listen, for the transformation of the people and the continent of Afrika - and the world. She believes passionately in the critical role that Afrika and Afrikans have to play on earth right now and hopes to ignite the spark that will cause them to see and believe who they are, so that they can live out their Truest lives for the remainder of their days.
Congratulations, and all the best with Msingi Afrika
