“The origin for inventorying all the earth’s resources is where it gets interesting, as I mentioned
above. Dr. Nick Beggich of Alaska wrote a book and produced a dvd on HAARP that I would highly
recommend called "Angels Don't Play this HAARP". Way back in the early 80's when they first
planned to establish HAARP in Alaska, it was presented to Congress as being not only a weather
control system that could be used as a weather control "weapon", but what sold it to Congress and why
they allowed it to be established is the fact that the ionic beam it creates can be bounced off the
atmosphere and down to the ground. This causes all the individual harmonic frequencies of each
element in the ground to send back their individual frequencies, showing exactly where they are
located. This allows the HAARP system to be the mapping source of all the world's gold, platinum,
silver, etc. Congress didn't want to pass it because of the ability to weaponize the weather, as we're
seeing being done against us in the USA today. However, the allure of suddenly knowing where all the
gold and other valuable minerals were, made them pass it.
Since then, the entire world has been mapped, and since then we have seen strategic landgrabs in
certain specific areas but not only in the USA- everywhere, especially in Africa, which is why we are
there right now along with China fighting over resources that we have no business trying to
claim. This is why. They know where all the resources are located now. They have been mapped and
calculated in each individual quantity and they have pretty nearly exact quantities on everything.
For example, In a documentary put out by the History channel back in November of 2012 titled
"What's the Earth Worth?" They gave detailed info on the quantities of general resources like 5.6
QUADRILLION dollars in water resources and $1.255 quadrillion dollars in non-water resources, for a
total of $6,873,951,620,979,880.00- that's 6.873 quadrillion dollars. NOW can you see why all the
water issues are SO important right now and why they are trying to remove people from all water
sources and gain absolute control over all groundwater, wetlands, creeks, rivers, and shorelines? Does
this make sense to you? They know the biggest bucks are in the water, and therefore plan to ration out
every single drop of it on the planet to the "paying polluters" like us!
So the fact that they are in this whole thing for the money shows the true motivation behind world
government, and why everybody is willing to sell their souls to the US government in order to be a
participant in this takeover of all our resources. They are all just drooling over the outrageous number
of $6.873 Quadrillion dollars, and if that means we no longer have normal weather anymore and they
move the rain and snow storms to wherever they choose, then they say "so be it- I want to be filthy
rich". Plus the whole weather control thing plays right into their climate change fraud. Before it was
just global warming when we had some warm summers and winters, now it's changed to simply
"climate change" where every anomaly is supposedly caused by us driving our cars. In fact, it's all
controlled which is why all the bizarre weather is happening. The biggest signals of controlled weather
is the huge swirling hurricane looking systems that are 1/2 the size of the US and bigger. We never
used to have those off the coast of WA- except once in a great many years, but now we have them all
