16. SOCIAL JUSTICE-PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP ENGINES
OF AGENDA 21
Social justice is the philosophical lead locomotive of AGENDA 21. It asserts a right for
everyone on earth to benefit equally from all the resources afforded by society and the environment.
(Please think that statement through.)

Social justice can only be enforced by national and regional governments a massive amount of control.
Control is the dominant feature of all collectivist schemes.
Oversized government is axiomatic with corrupt public/private partnerships. The corporations and
planning agencies colluding with government for lucrative monopolistic contracts to
implement Sustainable Development are the rear locomotive of AGENDA 21.
AGENDA 21 is fascism.
Here’s a classic scenario where taxpayer money is funneled from government into unelected regional
planning boards to finance local smart growth projects with the permission of uninformed local
officials. This is the way the Feds indirectly control local government decision making. “Last week in
Kansas, Sumner County Commissioners voted not to participate in five-county regional planning
effort for which a $1.5 million grant had been issued by the US Department of Health and Urban
Development to the Regional Economic Area Partnership of South Central Kansas.” But this scenario
also illustrates how County Commissioners can block such coercive grants.

Environmental justice is integral to social justice and requires that natural resources are distributed
equally and minimally. Mankind must follow environmentalist policies to restore the environment to
its natural state. The environment is on par with the least fortunate; both victims of capitalist
exploitation.
Social justice is the cornerstone of statism. Statism tragically replaced sovereignty of the people as the
predominant governing philosophy during the Presidency of Teddy Roosevelt when America
surrendered the preeminence of individual liberty and our Constitutional foundation, for government-
provided “fairness” and “security”. With a people no longer protective of freedom and the rule of law,
the door was opened to transnational social/environmental justice demands that would pre-empt
national sovereignty, as Maurice Strong explained: “The concept of national sovereignty...is a principle
which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental
cooperation.”
17. AGENDA 21 SOCIAL JUSTICE: ASSAULTING PRIVATE
PROPERTY
“Property must be secured, or liberty cannot exist.” John Adams
The revealing quotes in the two paragraphs below demonstrate the globalist/collectivist economic and
environmental strategy formulated in 1976 and formalized in 1992 as AGENDA 21. These quotes
expose the blatant assault against a cornerstone of inalienable rights and against a key component of
the U.S. Constitution’s Fifth Amendment: private property.
“Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements, cannot be
treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies
