             15. There is involvement from multiple Non-Governmental Organizations in your city’s planning
and development initiatives. Any new planning involves these NGO’s and many other “stakeholders”
in the collaborative, consensus-building, “Visioning” process that details the plans for your
             community’s future.

             16. Your local school systems begin promoting environmental awareness and Sustainable
Development; with a focus on becoming environmentally literate, good global citizens. Your school
may be involved with International Baccalaureate or other U.N. sponsored education agendas.

             17. Your local government authorities begin using and exceeding their constitutionally granted
powers alongside private organizations to assist in the promotion of sustainable initiatives through
             Public-Private Partnerships.

             18. You see a focused and significant push toward “social equity” interfaith initiatives that promote
a “one world” mentality along with community diversity, multiculturalism, sameness of faiths, social
             inclusion and environmental stewardship.

             19. Your community uses language that calls for “redefining” how we determine progress and
prosperity away from traditional wealth and growth measurements like GDP (Gross Domestic
Product) toward more philosophical non-specific ideas such as wellbeing and happiness.

WHAT AGENDA 21 FEELS AND LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR COMMUNITY

             1. It feels like a local government that is out of step with your priorities.
             2. It feels like they are deliberately trying to crash your economy.
             3. It feels frustrating as you pay "public servants" to seemingly orchestrate your decline.
             4. It feels like fixtures in the community never earn any seniority or right to be left alone.
             5. It feels condescending when you are patronized and disregarded simultaneously.
             6. It feels like bikes and cars are socially and civilly engineered to be at odds.
             7. It feels like you're losing your privacy.
             8. It feels like your public servants were identified and installed based on their willingness go
             along with the program.
             9. It feels like your private property and small business are morphing from an asset to a liability.
             10. It feels like your being taxed and regulated redundantly for reasons that seem to defy your
             senses.
             11. It feels like your rights are a relationship of someone else's convenience.
             12. It feels like your civil process has been reduced to disingenuous charade.
             13. It feels like belonging to a club with ever increasing dues, but less and less services.
             14. It feels like more and more of your favorite wilderness is off limits.
             15. It feels like someone else is orchestrating your town.
             16. It feels like you have been betrayed.
             17. It feels like you're being lied to.
             18. It feels like they're always talking lack, scarcity and shortages.
             19. It feels like the line between public and private is indiscernible.
             20. It feels like government is picking winners and losers, not the free market.
             21. It feels like city hall is trying to impose themselves on your landscape, like a big municipal
male dog; marking on your town.
             22. It feels like your community is being divided against your will or choice.
             23. It feels like neighborhood groups don't represent your neighborhood.
             24. It feels like agriculture and anything in the country is under assault.
             25. It feels like common sense is a thing of the past.
             26. It feels like your town belongs to someone else.
             27. It feels like birds and critters you've never seen are more important than your property rights.
             28. It feels like much of your culture was about cars; now they're bad.
