The American adaption of the AGENDA 21 primary document is
Clinton’s 1996 policy document titled “Sustainable America” (312
pages) which changed the mission statement for every federal
agency in the United States without a single vote in Congress
and CARRIES THE FORCE OF LAW. These new mission
statements “meant a complete shift from the constitutional basis of “life,
liberty and the pursuit of happiness” to one of protecting nature from
citizens at all costs.”
