                                       13. THE BIRTH OF AGENDA 21

Twenty years before the 1992 unveiling of AGENDA 21 environmentalism became the most powerful
tool to empower statist technocrats. A flurry of landmark laws, publications and agencies were
unleashed. Grotesque violations of the Constitution set the stage for the worst assault of all on liberty:
AGENDA 21. “The 1972 U.N. Conference on the environment, which called “environmental
protection” the world’s greatest problem, and instituted for the world the U.N. Environmental
Programme, followed by Nixon’s Executive Order creating the EPA.”

              The Clean Air Act

 The Environmental Protection Agency (who have become Eco-Fascist AGENDA 21
             implementers under the Obama administration)

              The Clean Air Act

              The Endangered Species Act

 The Club of Rome published Limits to Growth which birthed the concept of Sustainable
Development in its call to limit development and population growth.

 Laurence Rockefeller published Use of Land: A Citizen’s Policy For Urban Growth advocating
that private property fall under the domain of government for the “common good.”

 Laurence Rockefeller teamed up with his brother Nelson, the Governor of New York to
institute the Adirondack Park Agency in 1971 which literally
gained control of all private land use within the 6 million acres.
THIS BECAME THE MODEL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE
AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE UNITED STATES.
