HOW CAN I NOT BELIEVE YOU
Trust
How can I not believe You
When the glass which I behold
Shows the transformation into You
From glory to glory
Where else can I stand
When the solid foundation
That holds me strong
Reveals all other grounds as sinking sand
Who then is worthy to be followed
When even the valley of the shadow of death
Is not just a path of righteousness
But a crowning of glory before enemies
What can be greater than loving You
When death is desired daily
For it brings me closer and closer to You
You are my shield and great reward.
To be a burnt sacrifice is an eternal honor
For not every animal can bring an aroma
That can be accepted as such by You
