FATHER
A place of seeking

Father
My heart knocks for it seeks access to You
Confident in Your promise that it will be opened to it
It walks through by truth the new found way of living
To sit in Your presence with boldness that can only come from
the love it sees in Your eyes

Father
My heart is still and eager to hear Your words
Knowing it will to it a path You have paved for it
Not minding that walking will reveal the weaknesses that abide in it.
Having peace in the boldness that can only come from
the love it sees in Your eyes.

Father
My heart desires life that reveals Your reality
To become the tree of life that is rooted and grounded in You
Accepting the pruning that enables it grows into Your righteousness
Living it out only with boldness that can only come from
the love it sees in Your eyes.
