The designation of the spotted owl as a threatened species in 1990 triggered a 90% cutback in logging
on national forests in the northwest, and similar reductions spread around the nation.

 “Many communities discover that their comprehensive plan includes a provision to
incorporate by reference the entire set of 13 different codes developed by the International Code
Council (http://www.iccsafe.org). Each of these codes amounts to government dictating human
behavior. These codes go far beyond building and fire safety codes. They include: residential, property
maintenance, energy conservation, wildland interface, and other behavior modification codes.”

“The Cedar Falls City Council is, by the authority of the International Code Council, forcing
“mandatory lock boxes [outside of] all commercial property including apartment buildings and
Triplexes. Inside the box you have to provide keys to all entrances to the property including keys to

 PEOPLE ARE BEING ARRESTED FOR REFUSING SMART METERS (SMART
ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION METERS) on their home, to avoid the government controlling
their electrical use and monitoring their activity and damaging the health of the occupants with
             electromagnet radiation.

Smart Meters replace thermostats in homes. “Homeowners will not have control of such meters.
Instead, the electric company will determine the necessary temperature inside each home.
