 ABUSE OF THE MASSACHUSETTS NATURAL HERITAGE AND ENDANGERED
             SPECIES PROGRAM
“Pepin, of Springfield [Massachusetts], wants to build a retirement home on 36 acres he owns on
Hampden's South Road, but he's bumping up against environmental regulations that require
concessions before the project can proceed. Pepin sued the state wildlife agency for labeling his land
"priority habitat" for a turtle species that isn't threatened or endangered and hasn't been found on his
             property.”

              REINTRODUCING WOLVES
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has been introducing wolves into the Idaho and Wyoming Rocky
Mountains since 1995 to the detriment of the elk herds and livestock in those regions. Their
“scientists” produced an environmental impact statement in 1994 that has been proven inaccurate.
Only a radical environmentalist promotion of AGENDA 21 biodiversity can explain their motives.

“The so-called wolf experts who contrived the Recovery Plan claimed that the average wolf would kill
around 14 big game animals yearly. Subsequent research, observing what was actually happening once
the wolves had far surpassed the recovery goals, established that the average wolf was killing between
20 and 30 big game animals annually - for sustenance. Likewise, they were killing nearly the same
number - simply for the sport of killing, eating nothing. That meant the average wolf was killing
between 40 and 60 animals each and every year. The "scientists" who drafted the plan failed to even
address what is now referred to as "sport killing" or "surplus killing".

One of the first elk herds to be severely impacted by wolf depredation was the Northern Yellowstone
elk herd. In 1995- 96, when the first wolves were released, that herd numbered between 19,000 and
20,000 - and as wolf numbers quickly grew in and around the park, elk numbers dwindled quickly.
That summer when wolves reached their recovery numbers, this herd was already down to 12,000.
Currently, the Northern Yellowstone elk herd numbers right at 4,000 animals.”

I urge you to make the effort required to understand AGENDA 21 and not shirk your responsibility to
counteract this monumental assault on our fundamental liberties enshrined in the Declaration of
Independence. There are multiple ways to put a stop to it described below. If you can
stomach a complete unveiling of this international empowerment of the U.N. you’ll be compelled to
pray it’s not too late to kill it.

                 8. WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO PROMOTE AGENDA 21 ?

The worldview of environmentalists, naturalists, progressives and pantheists predisposes them to
heartily support these worldwide programs of social and environmental justice. That means at least a
third of Americans are willing to submit to the governance, the inventorying, monitoring (do you have
a “smart meter” on your house?), the taxation by the U.N. and the control required in order to
implement and enforce Sustainable Development on the unimaginable scale described in the very first
paragraph of the U.N.’s now deleted AGENDA 21 web site:

“AGENDA 21 is a comprehensive blueprint of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by
organizations of the U.N., governments, and major groups in every area in which humans
             directly affect the environment.”
