YOU ARE GOD

An acceptance of the divinity and gracious nature of God.

You are God
How amazing the love You show through us
How wonderful the life You live through us
How glorious the miracles You perform through us
How powerful the words You speak through us
Our hearts search deeply, our minds think beyond itself
To know, You are God, You are not a man.

You open the heavens and pour down supplies
You gently touch our bodies with health
You stick so close we virtually breath Your air
You go before us and light our paths, the darkest hours look like the bright-
est day
Situations around us confirm that
You are God, You are not a man.

Favour from Your throne breaks human protocol
Mercy from Your heart pulls us out of the pit of guilt
Joy from Your presence fills our lives to overflowing
Faithfulness from Your will binds and holds us still where adversity thought
it could reign
Because You are God, You are not a man.
