LIVING SACRIFICE
A pledge of allegiance to the Lamb
Living Sacrifice
You are my Lord and my life
You are my Savior and Redeemer
You are my refuge and fortress
You are my shield and hiding place
You are every desire I can ever have.
The proclamation of my existence
The depth for which my heart dives
The height I lung to grow into
The expanse that surrounds me
The peace that never leaved me.
Was told I had a will
Never knew that was possible
After declaring You as my Lord
For any will that was not Yours
Reveals me as a hypocritical subject.
Was told I had the right to choose
But my choice is to remain choice less
For life is only in the way You have chosen to use me
I am a living sacrifice.
