Chapter One
INTRODUCTION
There is (really) nothing new under the sun.
We all go through the same human experience—birth, childhood,
adolescence, adulthood, love, pain and death. However, I have found
that most of us struggle to find our way through some storms of life.
We tend to get stuck. For example, after losing a loved one, when we
are not financially free, in making decisions about whom to marry, who
to partner with in business, who to have in our inner (most) circle of
friends, how to parent, what to believe when unwell, deciding on
matters religion or education, when we are not sure what our purpose
in life is - where we are simply not in a place where we can confidently
answer: WHO AM I?
