A PEOPLE CALLED AFRIKA
next generation… it is time for Afrika to just stop, stand and say,
“Wait a minute. None of this makes sense. We are not going
one step further until we assess and repair this mess through a
radical change in direction.” That way we can preserve the Life
that we have to offer the world, before we lose it altogether.
Afrika is unique in that it still has bridges to the past, in the
form of people who experienced life during colonialism and
were told stories by their forebears of how it used to be be-
fore the ones with hair like sisal came. They were raised by
people who had a different way of life and they were able to
hold on to strands of it and pass it on to their children, despite
the corruption that crept in. That is what we have to revive.
That is the glowing ember and bruised reed of Afrika’s heri-
tage that we cannot afford to put out or to break. What Afrika
is needs now is to be fanned into a roaring flame of Life that
spreads across the continent and to the world. So that when
they do come to visit Afrika for LIFE they find it in abundance.
Afrika is a sanctuary of peace that allows people to sit, reflect
and refresh themselves and their worldview. That is a treasure
that is backed by what we do to protect our environment, our
mindset, our people through Ubuntu, through Love, through
Compassion, through Mindfulness actively lived out day to day.
In conclusion
So you as an Afrikan reading this, do not you think it is time
you wake up and see clearly the reality of the multi-faceted pro-
paganda and agendas that have been dumped in and on Afrika
for so long, and by that realization begin to plant healthy foods
again, grow simple medicinal plants in your kitchen, clean your
environment from toxicity, detox yourself from the poisoned
