6. THE PURPOSE OF AGENDA 21
The answer to who will administer this form of social justice reveals the true purpose of AGENDA 21
which is to empower the international governing bodies designed to enforce Sustainable
Development. Of course, they claim that is only for the “common good”. Every progressive, socialist,
fascist, and communist endeavor is advanced with appeals to the “common good.” It’s called
benevolent tyranny.
Before significant opposition was mounted against AGENDA 21 many of its leaders publically
endorsed global governance, such as this: “Canada believes the establishment of an international
financial and economic system that is conducive to sustainable development must be a cornerstone of
efforts to implement AGENDA 21. Canada strongly supports efforts to reform international
organizations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the promotion of global sustainable
development.”

There’s nothing altruistic about the mission of the United Nations, environmentalism, progressivism
or globalism.
AGENDA 21 is comprehensive, pervasive and invasive. Its enforceable administrative rules are
being incrementally instituted by your local government bureaucracy by Presidential
executive orders (it is not statutory law—it’s “soft law”). Those rules are impacting every
community’s economic and land planning, zoning process, businesses and culture, despite never being
adopted by the U.S. Congress and rarely receiving endorsement by citizens through a democratic
process. But your taxes are paying for it, all the same.
These are the two basic goals for Sustainable Development
in the U.S., each focusing on a separate half of its territory.
1) The Wildlands Project -- restore half of America’s
land to “sustainable” native wilderness, completely off-limits
to mankind.
2) Smart Growth – consolidate the entire population
into high-density eco-friendly communities.
Here’s the U.N.’s 27 AGENDA 21 principles.

Forms of democratically approved land use and zoning that don’t fall into one of these two categories
are obviously not part of AGENDA 21.
It’s not surprising if you haven’t heard these serious assertions until now. Admittedly they require
extensive justification, but the gut wrenching case studies below do just that.
