                                   56. AGENDA 21 IMPLEMENTATION

“Earth Summit AGENDA 21” is 321 pages and 40 chapters.
Prominent socialist leaders from around the world at the
United Nations Conference on Environment and Development
(UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992 formulated
AGENDA 21, such as Maurice Strong. AGENDA 21 envisions a
global scheme for healthcare, education, nutrition, agriculture,
labor, production and consumption. “The practice started by
[Maurice] Strong at the 1972 conference, of cloaking the
AGENDA in the perception of public grassroots support from
NGOs, culminated in Rio in 1992, with the largest collection of
NGOs ever assembled in support of AGENDA 21. Only those
NGOs that were "accredited" by the U.N. Conference were
permitted to attend. And only those which had demonstrated
support for the AGENDA were funded. Dewar calls these NGOs
-- PGOs -- Private Government Organizations.”
                                                  http://www.sovereignty.net/p/sd/strong.html

This is not a Democrat or Republican challenge; it’s an “elitist”
problem. AGENDA 21 local deployment hides behind many layers of “innocent” environmentalist
organizations and has beguiled thousands of mayors, trustees and county officials. Those who believe
government control should be unlimited never admit it; neither do those who believe in global
collectivism. AGENDA 21 is mostly implemented via Non-Governmental Organizations such as ICLEI
using the environment as bait to advance a social justice AGENDA.

In rural areas it’s called the “Wildlands Project” (rewild 50% of the land in every state), in the cities it’s
called “Smart Growth”, in business it’s called “Private Public Partnerships”, in government it’s called
“Reinventing Government” (begun by Bill Clinton). Government is unable to openly encroach upon
the free market and private property without its trogan horse reinvention as Public Private
             Partnerships.

Here’s some of the spheres of action and inaction for the implementation of AGENDA 21 : Cap N
Trade, global warming, population control, gun control, open borders and illegal immigration, higher
taxes, higher gas prices, refusal to tap the world’s most prolific sources of energy right here in
America, education restructuring, international IDs, natural health supplement control, food control,
farming “reform,” control of private property, NAIS and U.N. Global Governance.
