48. VIRGINIA GOV AND ATTY GENERAL STEPPING AWAY FROM
AGENDA 21
AGENDA 21 policies are backfiring in Virginia. Here’s a short video with Donna Holt answering
questions. Gov. McDonnel is turned against AGENDA 21 after he already allowed it make inroads,
including initial plans for massive conservation easements.

49. AGENDA 21 KICKED OUT OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
“Furthermore, I asked that ICLEI immediately cancel our membership (if it is even still active), and
remove the City of College Station and its officers from any and all ICLEI rosters, publications, and
websites,” Stuebe said. Other local governments found that, even after withdrawing, ICLEI often failed
to promptly remove them from membership lists….
“I am truly excited to announce that the proposed 2013 College Station budget will not include
funding for this organization,” wrote College Station City Councilman Jess Fields. “It is an insidious,
extreme institution that does not represent our citizens, and for our taxpayers to continue to fund it
would be ridiculous.”

50. AGENDA 21 IN FLATHEAD VALLEY, MONTANA
“Globalist thought and world view has crept into the valley and is now being thrust on the remaining
fee men, women and children against their will. Rebecca Johns of Bigfork provides an example for you
collectivists with her “Gracious Space” dialectic. I will quote to you from her mentor, Dr. Bill Grace
founder “Center for Ethical Leadership” and “Gracious Space” (a consensus building scheme); quote
“We need more freedom in the United States and in this case today we need to be freed from the
bondage of the myths of self-sufficiency and individualism. The common good invites us to trade in
the burden of individualism for the gift of community. The common good will teach us that the only
place for our fears and worries is in community because it is the only place strong enough to hold
them”.
“I would hope that the local businesses that are going to be “strong armed” for the “matching”
funds will remember the Flathead’s experience back in 1994 when a leftist Smart Growth group out
of Colorado called Design Workshop ended up absconding with over $550,000. This was
mostly donated money’s from local businesses that bought into their well rehearsed and polished line
that the new county growth policy they were preparing would provide “economic sustainability”
and prosperity for all. The only ones that ended up getting prosperous were the out-of-state con
men working with Design Workshop and a few local con men (and women) that fronted for the
whole thing to give it the appearance of being a “Local” effort.
