From The
My people, I fear we are running out of time. We have talked about colonialism and what they did to us,
we have talked about our leaders and what they are doing to us, we have blamed ourselves, the weather,
the economy, the locusts... and are in danger of blaming the neighbor's cockerel for our problems now.
The time for us to do something about the state that Afrika is in is now and as long as you're breathing
then God has a purpose for you in this. I do not believe that you are alive on earth today for the express
purpose of paying a mortgage or buying the latest shoe.
As I explained to someone on Facebook the other day, we must stop looking for solutions that cost a
billion dollars. The issues in Afrika require a caring neighbor and friend, or a timely phone call or small
cash injection. The way to fix Afrika is not by building another highway. It's about caring enough about the
issues in someone else's life to do something about it. It's time for a little personal sacrifice.
Sorry to tell you, but this go to school, work hard, get a job, get in debt thing you're doing is not actual
living and offers no benefit to you or anyone other than those who plan to keep you doing nothing else but
going round in circles. The responsibility for a better Afrikan lies on you and me.
Aren't you tired yet?
