properly balances the need for economic growth with the need for environmental protection.”

The EPA and the US Department of Wildlife are enforcing restrictive environmental and wildlife
policies based on political “scientific” consensus [e.g. AGW] instead of scientific data; betraying their
integrity. They make “examples” out of supposed lawbreakers in order to intimidate the public.
“Sen. James Inhofe says he wants to document how many companies have been “run out of business”
by the types of heavy-handed EPA fascist intimidation tactics recommended by an EPA regional
director’s [Al Armendariz] “"philosophy of enforcement" by soldiers of the Roman Empire, who would
seize control of a town by frightening the residents into submission by force. He said the Roman
troops would "find the first five guys they saw, and they'd crucify them. And then, you know, that town
was really easy to manage for the next few years."” Ibid.

Armendariz who was forced to resign for his comments above and has
been hired by the Sierra Club’s “Beyond Coal” campaign to eliminate coal
mining.

Mike and Chantell Sackett bought a small piece of land in Idaho surrounded by a residential
neighborhood with sewer lines, near a scenic lake. They lost use of their land due to the EPA’s
“wetlands” designation, a classification that originated in the United Nations. The EPA agents made
their judgment without physically inspecting the property and then refused to allow them due process!
