25. UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF AGENDA 21
The United Nations Earth Charter AGENDA 21
totally violates the U.S. Constitution and our
inalienable rights to freedom, self-government and
property rights. It mandates economic justice, social
justice [instead of equal justice] and environmental
justice.
Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, water boards, courts, planning commissions,
zoning boards, corporations, public/private partnerships, school boards, unelected councils, directors
of sustainability, regional boards, local governments and regional programs with no formal U.N.
affiliation and no admitted endorsement of AGENDA 21 have been propagating and implementing the
principles of AGENDA 21 since George H W Bush signed on to it in 1992. In many states public
schools are required to provide environmentalism training.
“AGENDA 21 is being implemented at the local level through the use of so-called facilitated
stakeholder councils, not by vote, and by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's
Smart Growth grants through the American Planning Association. The International Council for Local
Environmental Initiatives communicates with local special interests to translate international policy
objectives into local and regional legislation through manipulative "visioning" sessions. School
children are not being taught to be American citizens, but citizens of a global village. Today's public
education system is designed to crush out children's vibrant eagerness to learn and mold them into
easily controlled vassals of an all-powerful state.”

The enactment of United Nations AGENDA 21 kinds of “Sustainable Development” policies in Delta
County must be prevented. Fifty communities across the country in 2011 awakened to the AGENDA 21
unconstitutional property rights, heavy handed unelected administrators and economic restrictions to
which they were being subjected and cancelled their affiliation with the International Council for Local
Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) which implements AGENDA 21 in local communities.
Fortunately, at the global level, there are some signs of AGENDA 21 ’s demise. The “Rio +20” 20th
anniversary conference held in June 2012
(http://www.uncsd2012.org/) drew 20% of the attendees the U.N. had expected. Lord Moncton gives
a firsthand report
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=i-NOjX9l4kk) of how the focus has
shifted from bogus environmentalism and global warming efforts toward a more worthy focus on
world poverty, but with social justice advocates still wanting a global governing body to administrate
its version of socialism. However, at Rio +20, 500 billion dollars was raised from governments and
businesses for Sustainable Development.
