The article gives me a pretty good perspective on which City Councilmember is encouraging pro-
growth, highly dense multi-story housing in Napa. It will look more like a college campus dormitory
system than the great wine country city that it is.

For those who think that their city council and Napa County supervisors control Napa’s
manifest destiny, think again. The extremely high-density housing required by ABAG is
the direct result of the United Nations AGENDA 21.

Briefly, single-family housing is out and high-density housing will be the norm. Populations will be
packed together and restricted from open space. As I stated earlier, packed in like sardines.”

38. AGENDA 21 IN SONOMA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

The residents of Sonoma County have been advised that the county will no longer maintain 1350 of its
1500 miles of roads. The plan is to cut off more and more services to rural communities forcing them
to move into walkable cities.

39. AGENDA 21 IN UTAH AND ARIZONA

Utah and Arizona are pressing to reclaim their rightful ownership of land now unconstitutionally
taken by the federal government. The Constitution restricts federal ownership of any land to
Washington DC, military bases and to where a state legislature has explicitly approved the transfer of
land to the Feds. AGENDA 21 is about regional, federal and global control of land use and
economics. America surrendered some of its national sovereignty in order to become members of
the World Trade Organization.

Seven Arizona State Senators have proposed this bill to outlaw AGENDA 21.
