Here are just a few plans around the country using the word “VISION” a UN Agenda 21 buzz word.
Other plan names use variants on the sustainability jargon. There are thousands of these plans and
they all have a goal of transformation–a jargon term for destruction.

“As metropolitan regions continued to expand throughout the second half of the 20th century their
boundaries began to blur, creating a new scale of geography now known as the megaregion.
Interlocking economic systems, shared natural resources and ecosystems, and common transportation
systems link these population centers together. As continued population growth and low density
settlement patterns place increasing pressure on these systems, there is greater impetus to coordinate
             policy at this expanded scale.”

             BALTIC SEA REGION
“In 1996, the Prime Ministers of the Baltic Sea Region took the initiative to develop an AGENDA 21 for
the Baltic Sea Region. This was the start of the Baltic 21 process, and Sustainable Development in the
Baltic Sea Region – encompassing economic, social and environmental aspects – is the objective of
that process. The Baltic Sea Region is the first region in the world to adopt common goals for
Sustainable Development. Now the implementation of the Action Programme is in progress within
seven sectors: agriculture, energy, fisheries, forests, industry, tourism, transport and spatial planning,
and in spring 2000, an additional sector - education - was entered to the Baltic 21 process. Find more
about their network, joint actions, publications etc.”

                                                 HOUSING CRASH

“An in-depth study by Randal O’Tool published in The Planning Penalty found that in 2005, smart
growth and other land-use restrictions cost U.S. homebuyers at least $275 billion. Almost all of the
more than 124 metropolitan areas having affordability problems in 2005 were directly caused by
comprehensive planning and smart growth. Most enlightening, the report found that, “more than 30
percent of the total value of homes in this country is attributable to prices inflated by planning-
induced housing shortages.” This contributed to the wild increases and speculation in housing prices
from 2000-2006, which inevitably led to the housing crash in 2007-2010, and the financial crash of
             2008.”
