HOT Tips
1) Don’t boil the honey or use boiling hot water with
your honey. It kills some of its benefits. Let the water
cool just a little so that you still have your lovely
warming drink, but with the honey goodness still
intact.
2) Wondering how to tell if your honey is genuine
or sugar water? Try dipping a matchstick into it and
striking the match against the strip to light it. If it
lights - it’s honey.
