Here’s a conservation easement horror story that exposes the full tyrannical AGENDA 21 intentions of
unelected environmental councils.

“Martha Boneta's small 70-acre [Virginia] farm, previously the center of the famous "pitchfork
protest", is once again under attack.

She purchased the farm with a Conservation Easement from the Piedmont Environmental Council.
Conservation Easements are touted as a means to protect resources such as productive agricultural
land, wildlife habitat, historic sites or scenic views. They are used by landowners ("grantors") to
authorize a qualified conservation organization or public agency ("grantee") to monitor and enforce
the restrictions set forth in the agreement. Federal and state governments grant vast sums in tax
